Does your neck hurt when you wake up? [Archive] - The Gear Page On the ambien/sleep issue, my neck hurts in the morning (tried all different kinds of pillows) and I have found I also sleep with my arm under my pillow when I sleep on my right side. It seems it is kinda hyper-extending my elbow to the side and I wake up with my elbow killing me as well... Is there a proper sleep posture and how do y ...Exercise
