I wanna be ripped in the following areas: Triceps, biceps, basically all the arm muscles, all the back muscles, and the stomach and abs. If you want a good cross-county running and basketball, then you should focus on cardiovascular training, running, riding a bicycle. You should start to do some long-distance running and fartlek training. If you want to build or tone muscles are then I suggest circuit training. Despite your age you should not do too much weight your body is still growing.
