In New York Times: 6 week PUSH YOURSELF challenge, WEEK 4 | MyFitnessPal.com

It is a very fun class! Dance like zumba but instead of the instructor just doing the dance and you have to pick up on it she teaches a couple steps a a time, you do them several times, and then she teaches more and you put them all together and so on. HRM for sure! I did that when I was in Vegas, for two days, last year, and was amazed at the calorie burn from all the walking! Posts by members, m ...New York Times
