Quick P90X question [Archive] - Bodybuilding.com Forums Do you have to watch the videos to get the full workout or can you just memorize the exercises and do it by yourself without the video playing? I'm in college, living in the dorms and it would be a bit embarrassing to have it play on my laptop while I'm doing the exercises in my room, especially if my roommate is around.
