In Yoga: 30 day Shred before and after. :) | MyFitnessPal.com

I only did about 26 days of The Shred but i am finished this round. So i thought I would post my results. In one month i lost: BUTT - 1.5 " CALF- 0.5" CHEST- 0.8" NECK- 0.2" UPPER ARM- 0" Upper thigh- 0.7" WAIST AT BELLY BUTTON- 3" WAIST SMALLEST PART-1" weight - 3.5 lbs You look really good, great job.
