Arm pain... what is this? [Archive] - Homesteading Today Any ideas? I've had carpal tunnel before, in my left wrist dating back to when I ran a pizza shop and had to continually pull pies off the oven, dump, slice and box. That was years ago. In the past month or so, a pain has started in my left elbow (i'm left handed, if that helps). No repetitive work, nothing strenuous that I can think of.... ...Forearm
