In Weight Training: Is the elliptical effective? | MyFitnessPal.com

So my workout consists of 20 minutes (high resistance) of elliptical, 20 minutes of circuit weights, and 15 of moderate treadmill (walking). I can't run, so that's out for me (seriously hurts the girls). I've been surfing around and half the sites say the elliptical isn't worth my time and the other says fine.
