In Aerobic Exercise: Breast Cancer Topic: Staying Healthy, Staying Strong, Staying Young
Hi..... As so much of what is written here is so depressing, I wanted to focus on the positive thngs we can do for ourselves. I have been on this point for a number of years and want to direct you to the work of Dr Miriam Nelson of Tufts.
