Question about numbness in hands. - Muscle & Strength Forum When I sleep I wake up with my hand numb on the side I am sleeping on. Now I've been working out for 6 months and I was a fatty,(270 lbs). I used to wake up with my whole arm numb because I was sleeping on it and my fatty bad circulation. This doesn't happen anymore.
