In Strength Training: At Home Workout Routines? | MyFitnessPal.com

As of right now I don't have a gym membership and only have my house to work out in, but I don't have any equipment. Other than work out videos, does anyone have any routines they'd like to share? I'm having a hard time getting started. I recommend Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's a great workout and is only 20 minutes a day.
