In Finger: Evenflo car seats? - November 2011 Birth Club - BabyCenter

I have an Evenflo infant seat from my first son 3 years ago. I don't know about recalls but, since the car seat is three years old, I would look for the "expiration date" printed on the seat (usually stamped into the plastic).  At some point they tell you to not reuse a seat if the plastic is too old (usually 3-5 years). Actually they expire in 6 years but newer ones can be longer. Dang it really ...Finger
