I think this is a pretty cool approach. Mr. Herman shows us what the actors did for cardio to get lean for their show. I bet this could be tweaked just a tad in order to be a great HIIT or Tabata style fat burning workout.I am going to give this a shot. Its a great work out. I think I liked the 300 one better though.
