In Weight Training: Training for Warrior Dash? | dailymile

I signed up for a race recently. My race will include running through tires, crawling over hay bales, running through sand and over hills, going down a muddy slope, climbing a cargo net, jumping over fire, a mud crawl, and going through waist-deep water with logs to jump over.
