General Discussion Forum i've been running for the past 2 months and i've def slimmed down, so now i'd like to incorporate some toning exercises for my core. i HATE HATE HATE crunches...and can really only do about 3 of 4 sets of 25 before i feel like i'm using every muscle BUT my abs. so i've started doing planks and side planks...but obviously that doesn't seem like it'd be enough. any advice ...
