Tuesday Workouts! - Low Carb Friends Who's working out today? Today for me is day 14 of level 2 on Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I also did an extra round of level 1 to make up for not exercising yesterday! So that's 54 minutes of circuit training. wooo! No running today, I needed to give my feet a break.
