Hey, so I carry all my weight in my stomach, and I want it GONE! So far I have been jogging/walking twice a week for an hr each, and swimming twice a week for half an hour each, and have added in a half an hour on my swim days where I do things like lunges, suicides, sit ups, stutter steps(sp?) ect.
