UK: Did anyone else get their census papers? [Archive] - JREF Forum Alarmed to see it says 'Required by Law'. What happens if you don't fill it out? I thought being deleted from the population of the UK would be punishment enough. Anyway, will be interested to see what the ethnic makeup of London, Birmingham, Leicester etc is after this is completed. The website says it is only going to involve 25 ...Fat
