Losing weight after giving birth [Merged] [Archive] - PinoyExchange Eat sensibly - less sweets, more of veggies. Pero don't try to go on a diet naman agad, especially if you're breastfeeding. Also, don't try to do strenuous exercises agad. Those who gave birth via normal delivery usually wait for 6 weeks before doing any 'real' exercises, not sure exactly those who've undergone caesarian operation ...Aerobic Exercise
