Just wondering what everyones favorite ab workout is. I have some of my own but I'm getting tired of them. Anyone have some killer ab workouts they use and are affective. I like to do a mixed super set: three-way exercise ball crunches (side, front, side, front, side, front...) x 30 times followed immediately by X brunches or bicycle crunches 40 - 50followed by leg lifts with a light medicine ball ...
