In Calorie Restriction: i need to lose weight, FAST!! « Weddingbee Boards

hey bees:) im going on holidays in 18days and i need to lose weight fast. i know the whole healthy eating thing is good, which id consider myself to be a healthy enough eater but i want a quick fix if you will? i know il probably gain it back after, which is fine because then il switch back to my normal diet. so any tips/advice would be much appreciated:) im 5'1" and currently 153lbs, i just want ...Calorie Restriction
