Eating More Protein, Eating less calories, not losing weight [Archive] - Bodybuilding.com Forums Hey guys, I started a high protein / low carb / low calorie diet a week ago. It consists of about 200g Protein, 30g carbs and 1400 calories. I haven't lost any weight but I do see a lot more definition, especially around my core. Any guesses as to why I'm not losing any weight but getting more defined? ...Protein
