In Transversus Abdominis: Planks and Sit-ups [Archive] - CrossFit Discussion Board

Planks and Sit-ups [Archive] - CrossFit Discussion Board If one did only plank exercises for core/abdominal work, do you think the strength capacity built there would transfer to sit-up exercises? The plank is isometric and the sit-up is dynamic, obviously - so I wonder if someone could feasibly build up some ab strength with planks and then randomly bust out tons of sit-ups without ever doing the ...Transversus Abdominis
