I was in Canada recently, my 'home and native land' [from our anthem] and while on one of my shoots we discussed how when you move out of your home country you become more proud and patriotic. For example, when someone here in Singapore mentions Justin Bieber, I immediately tell them that his hometown is 30 minutes from my hometown. Who cares right?
