In Rectus Abdominis Muscle: Breast Cancer Topic: Tram flap after bilateral mastectomy

I am scheduled for a unilateral mastectomy in less than two weeks, but recently decided having a bilateral mastectomy with tram flap reconstrution to get it over with and not live with the fear of recurrence in the other breast.
