In Plankexercise: The plank. Pilates move « Singletrack Forum

Having been shown this move as a good core strength exercise (although you don't move), how long do you hold it for? If you are doing it for 2 minutes at a time without much effort then you are doing it wrong. Good if you can do that (properly!) without feeling it though. EDIT - Jimmy - not so - it's perfectly feasible if you've built up good core stability - I used to and did so. Clubber - not a ...Plankexercise
